Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of March , 1978 . The following members were

The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-124
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR CREEKWOOD HILLS FOR
CRITERION HOMES (A-648)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
Creekwood Hills as requested by Criterion Homes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum.
2. Renaming of streets per Staff report of February 24, 1978.
3. Formal vacation of Pineview Lane as existing between 49th Avenue North and the
Soo Line Tracks with a temporary easement to the City until 49th Avenue North
and new Pineview Lane are open for public use. Building permits on Lots 1, 2, 19
and 20, Block 1, Lots 13-17, Block 2 and Lots 21-27, Block 3 shall be withheld
until release of the temporary easement.
4. Payment of fees -in -lieu for park dedication of $12,667,
5. Easement along the north boundary of the plat from east to west, be a total of
30 ft. to include trail use.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember SQeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth
The following vote against ora sta ne ; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa-Ased and adopted.
