Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nth day of March , 1978 . The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:

APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR CREEKWOOD HILLS FOR CRITERION HOMES
(A-648)
WHEREAS, Criterion Homes has requested approval of the final plat for Creekwood Hills,
a plat for single family residential development consisting of 124 lots, located at
the southwest corner of the Soo Line Tracks and Larch Lane, and development contract
therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Criterion Homes
for final plat approval of Creekwood Hills, a plat for single family residential
development consisting of 124 lots, located at the southwest corner of the Soo Line
Tracks and Larch Lane.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa%sed and adopted,
