Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the 2iity Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
ndaffy of March 1978 , The following members were

Councilmembgr Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-120
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR "CHIPPEWA TRAILS 2ND
ADDITION" FOR LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION (A-498)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition as requested.by Lundgren Bros. Construction Inc.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
MINNESOTA.that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Developer shall pay park dedication fees -in -lieu of 8,721,
representing 51% of the total Chippewa Trails fees -in -lieu
requirement for both Subdivision Unit Project and Public Open
Space.
2. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Spaeth uncilmembers Hoyt, Neils
