Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of March , 1978 . The following members were
prisent: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The follow ng me ers were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-114
AWARDING 1978-79 AUTO INSURANCE COVERAGE TO EMPLOYER'S INSURANCE OF WAUSAU
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND POLICE DEPARTMENT
TO THE CENTRAL EQUIPMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a proposel for its 1978-79 insurance
program, and
WHEREAS, the proposal has been reviewed by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City's automobile insurance coverages be
awrrded to Employers' Insurance Company of Wausau.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $8,000 be transferred from the General Fund
Police Department_ budget (101-160-601) to the Central Equipment Fund
budget (602-531-824).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following Vote n avor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Hoyt, Neils_,_
Seibold and Soaeth
The following voted against or abst4ined; None
