Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaula meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
fith day of _ March , 19 7$. The following members were
present: " S-paeth, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Seibold ,
The following members were absent: Ma Hunt
C�ougcilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-110A
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF LOT DIVISION FOR PREST EQUIPMENT (B. W. & LEO
HARRIS) (A-734)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Prest Equipment (B. W. &
Leo Harris) by Resolution #78-110 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does direct the following condition to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
Written easement for drainage and utility purposes 10 ft. on either side of the
property line between Parcels A and B be granted to the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc'lmembe Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ip o ow ng voted in favor thereof, A.M. Spaeth,Councilmembers Hpyt, Neils
and Setbold
