Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeqular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th daffy of March , 1978 . The following members were

The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Courcilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution ark
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78-110
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR PREST EQUIPMENT (B.W, & LEO HARRIS) (A-734)1
WHEREAS, Prest Equipment (B. W. & Leo Harris) has requested division of property
located at the northeast corner cf Fernbrook Lane and 25th Avenue North; arid,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 43727 Parcel Description
That part of the North half of the North half of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying west of the west
line of U. S. Interstate Highway 494.
Parcel A
That part of the North half of the North half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying west
of the west line of U. S. Interstate Highway 494 and lying east of a line drawn parallel
with the west line of said section from a point on the North line thereof, distant
435 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof.
Parcel B
That part of the North half of the North half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying West
of a line drawn parallel with the West line of said section from a point on the North
line thereof, distant 435 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n favor thereof. A.M. Spaeth,Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold
The following vote against or abstained; None ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paissed and adopted.
