HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-10840CITY OF PLYMOUTH 1 49 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of March , 1978 . The following members were present: =MAyor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt_._ Neils. Seibold and Spaeth _. The following members were absent: None Coun�c'1 snzber Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78-108 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF "SCHIEBE'S BUSINESS CENTER" FOR HARVEY SCHIEBE (A-786) WHEREAS, Harvey Schiebe has requested preliminary plat approval of "Schiebe's Busi- ness Center," a commercial and residential plat consisting of four commercial lots and six residential single family lots, located south of Highway 55 at Forestview Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEPFFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Harvey Schiebe for preliminary plat approval of "Schiebe's Business Center," a commercial and resi- dential plat consisting of four commercial lots and six residential lots, located south of Highway 55 at Forestview Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum. 2. Extension of Forestview Lane to the South boundary of the property and consistent with petitioner's exhibit dated February 17, 1978. 3. Provision of a 75 ft. undeveloped buffer area on the west portion of Lot 1, Block 1 to consist of trees and berming. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the tollowl ny vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt.
