HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-106�a'rY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of March , 19 78 . The following members were present: Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers Hot Neils and Seibold The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt Cou ci er e'bo d introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-106 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS OAKVIEW LANE WATERMAIN AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 813 WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 6th day of February, 1978, fixed a date for a public hearing on the proposed improvement of Oakview Lane north of T. H. 55 by the installation of watermain laterals, previously constructed trunk facilities, bituminous street restoration and all necessary appurtenances. AND, WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica- tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 6th day of March, 1978, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted February 6, 1978. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as engineer for the improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. 3. The street improvements shall be the patching plus complete overlay of existing street width. Concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer will not be included in this project. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Counc lmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the tollowing voted in rayor thereof; Acting Mayor Spaeth, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils and Seibold The following vote against orabstained; Nonee Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
