Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,nhf n�a was held on the
6th day of Ma , 19 78. The following members were
present: Acting mayor Spaeth,ounce members Hoyt, Neils and Seibold

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-105
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
ZACHARY LANE TRUNK WATERMAIN
PROJECT NO. 810
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 6th day of February, 1978,
fixed a date for a council hearing on a proposed improvement of Zachary Lane from
53rd Avenue south to approximately 1600' north of County Road 9 by the installation
of watermain trunk facilities, street restoration and all necessary appurtenances.
AND, WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice was given and a hearing was held thereon on the 6th
day of March 1978, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council
resolution adopted February 6, 1978.
c^. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
