Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e

The following members were absent- None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-99
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, Mechanical Contractor, for the Fire
Station No. 2 building project has been prepared by Bergstedt Wahlberg
Bergquist Rohkohl and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment
on request for Payment No. 7 Mechanical Contractor in the amount of $5,841.45
to J. McClure Kelly Company for the Fire Station No. 2 Building Project No. 608.
