Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
27th day of February , 1978 . The following member were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils Spaeth, Seibold
The following members were absent: None
Councilmelqber Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 95
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
LOST LAKE AREA WATERMAIN
PROJECT NO. 811
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted November 7, 1977, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with reference
to the improvement of the following streets:
1. Revere Lane from CSAH 9 to 39th Avenue
2. Trenton Lane from 150' north of 41st Avenue to 40th Avenue
3. Saratoga Circle north of 40th Avenue
4. 41st Avenue from Revere Lane to Trenton Lane
5. 40th Avenue from Revere Lane to Ximines Lane
6. Ximines Lane from 40th Avenue to approximately 350' north
by the installation of watermain laterals and trunk facilities, bituminous street
restoration with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances and this
report was received by the council on February 27, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $299,419.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 27th
day of March 1978 i;, the Council Chambers of the City Public Works Garage
at 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon. the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
