Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a.�S Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,uui1►(r esota was—held on the

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-94
REQUEST FOR FUNDING OF A TRAINABLE MENTALLY RETARDED (TMR)
SATURDAY PROGRAM AND SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has requested an increase in
funding for the Independent School District 237 Sumner School Program from
$240 to $300, and
WHEREAS, the Director is also requesting $180 for a new program for TMR
children to be held on Saturday's during the school year, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed the Director's
recommendations and recommends said program be funded for 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that $240 be appropriated to the Recreation Program (202-202-899) from
the General Fund Reserve for Contingency Account (101-190-899) to cover the cost
of said programs.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Counci m m Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
