The following members were present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoytibold, Spaeth, Neils The following members were absent: None t** Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78- 88 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR RIC -WIC INVESTMENT EAST OF 28TH AVENUE NORTH AT ITHACA LANE (EXTENDED) (A-789) WHEREAS, Ric-Wic Investment has requested site plan approval for a structire of 26,004 sq. ft. proposed to be located east of 28th Avenue North at Ithaca Lane (extended); and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Ric-Wic Investment for site plan approval for a structure of 26,004 sq. ft. proposed to be located east of 28th Avenue North at Ithaca Lane (extended), subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum. 2. Outside storage of waste, waste containers, materials and equipment shall be prohibited. 3. Payment of Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $1,000. 4. Site improvements security for completion within 12 months per Zoning Ordinance. 5. Addition of 15 2V calipher ornamental deciduous or comparable type tree to be distributed along the north, south and east setback areas. 6. Any retail or showroom use shall be prohibited from this site. 7. No building permits shall be issued until the final plat acid development contract for Circle Star Business Center 3rd Addition is approved and executed by the City.
