Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was e d on t e
27th day of February , 19 78. The following members were

RESOLUTION #78- 86
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT Of= "VOLP DEVELOPMENT ADDITION"
FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION (A-780)
WHEREAS, Volp Construction has requested preliminary plat approval of Volp
Development Addition located at the southeast corner of 23rd Avenue North
and Fernbrook Lane proposed for four (4) industrial lots; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Volp Construction
for preliminary plat of Volp Development Addition located at the southeast corner
of 23rd Avenue North and Fernbrook Lane consisting of four (4) industrial lots
subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum regarding
this project.
2. Additional private driveway access to Fernbrcak Lane shall be prohibited.
3. A 50 foot easement for right-of-way purposes for Cheshire Lane be
incorporated into the plat but Cheshire Lane shall not be constructed
as part of this plat.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemberand upon vote being taken thereon, the
