HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-083WITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of Februar 19 78. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, ounce mem ers oyt, Spaeth, Seibold, Neils The follow ngmeters were absent: -None Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78- 83 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS STREET LIGHTING- 11TH AVENUE EAST OF T. H. 101 WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 6th day of February, 1978, fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of 11th Avenue from T. H. 101 to Garland Lane by the installation of overhead residential street lights. AND, WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notices was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 27th day of February, 1978, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted February 6, 1978. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for this improvement and he shall coordinate his activities with Northern States Power Company for the making of such improvement.
