Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e

moved adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 82
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 828
CHANNELIZATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS
CSAH 6 AND CSAR 61
WHEREAS, a resolution of the council adopted the 30th day of January, 1978, fixed
a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of the intersection of
CSAH 6 and CSAH 61 by the widening and construction of median islands on County
Road 6, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and all necessary appurtenances and
a fully actuated traffic signal at the intersection.
AND, WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 27th day
of February, 1978, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution
adopted January 30, 1978.
2. The City Engineer shall work with the Hennepin County Public Works
Department who will be preparing final plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
3. The Engineers, in preparation of final plans and specifications, shall
give particular attention to driveway requirements associated with any
attendent grade changes related to properties adjacent to County Road 6
and County Road 61 with respect to curb cuts and consideration of complete
concrete curb and gutter to the north property lines of the properties
located at the northwest and northeast corners of the intersection if so
desired by the property owners.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
