Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a lar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth.Minnesota was held on the
6th day of February , 1978 . The following members were

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-73
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
15TH AND ROSEWOOD LANE
PROJECT NO. 814
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on November 7, 1977, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik m Associates, Inc. with
reference to the improvements of the following streets.
1. 15th Avenue from Pineview Lane west of the Chicago/Northwestern
Railroad tracks.
2. 14th Avenue from Sycamore Lane to Rosewood Lane
3. Sycamore Lane and Rosewood Lane from 14th to 15th Avenue
by the installation of watermain laterals and trunk facilities, bituminous street
restoration and all necessary appurtenances, and this report was received by the
Council on February 6, 1978.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the costs of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Sections 429.011 to 429.111, (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended), at
an estimated total cost of the improvement of $133,626.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the sixth
day of March, 1978, in the City Council Chambers of the City Public Works
Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North, at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon. the
