Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aire uullar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-71
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
OAKVIEW LANE NORTH OF T. H. 55
PROJECT NO. 813
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 7, 1977, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with reference
to the improvement of Oakview Lane north of T.H. 55 by the installation of watermain
laterals, and previously constructed trunk facilities, bituminous street restoration
and all necessary appurtenances, and this report was received by the Council on
February 6, 1978.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or
a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Sections 419.011 to 429.111, (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as
amended), at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $234,455.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 6th
day of March, 1978, in the Council Chambers in the City Public Works
Building at 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as
required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly posed and adopted,
