The following mefters were present: Artina rr% Hayt_ S itsatd Sr -U _ The follow nig medberl were a sent: _ waynr N1,.�t wr4ir *f• rii Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resol tion and moved its 8 opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 78-70 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING MISSION HILLS PARK III ADDITION WHEREAS, Pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted January 30. 1978. a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improwl-mant of the Mission Hills Park III Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on February 6. 1978, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY e4 P�YMtIi , MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January 30, 1978. The petitioner has waived his right to public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improve= ment. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company.
