Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota was held on Te

RESOLUTION NO. 78-69
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
STREET LIGHTING - 11TH AVENUE - EAST OF T. H. 101
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 30, 1978, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of 11th Avenue from T. H. 101 to Garland Lane by the installation of overhead
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on
February 6, 1978.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total
cost of the improvement of $375.00 per year based on current
rates.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 27th day of February, 1978 in the Council Chambers of the
City of Plymouth Public Works Garage at 14900 23rd Avenue North
at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice
of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
