Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
30th day of January , 1978 . The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-63
APPROVAL OF SUNDAY SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
RADISSON INN PLYMOUTH AND HOT FISH SHOP
WHEREAS, an applicationsfor renewal of Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License
have been received by the City Council from the Radisson Hotel Corporation for thr
Radisson Inn Plymouth and the Hot Fish Shop in accordance with Chapter III, Section
4.16.1, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BV THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Sunday Sale of Intoxicating Liquor License be approved for
the Radisson Inn Plymouth and the Hot Fish Shop for a period effective February 1,
1978 through January 31, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
r Sqibqld , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote to favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Spaeth,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passea and adopted.
