Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e d on the
30th day of January , 1978 . The following members were
present:Ma or Hunt Councilmembers Hot Spaeth, Seibold
The following me ers were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Sgaeth introduced the following Resolution and
movia its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 62
APPROVAL OF ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, Jorgen Viltoft, President of Radisson Inn Plymouth, 2705 Annapolis Lane,
and Jeffrey Gustafson, acting officer for the blot Fish Shop, 3005 Harbor Lane,
have applied for renewal of the On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License which expires
January 31, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the applications for renewal of On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for
the Radisson Inn Plymouth and the Hot Fish Shop have been reviewed and recommeded
for approval by the Chief of Police and staff,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses be approved for the Radisson Inn
Plymouth and the Hot Fish Shop, effective February 1, 1978 through January 31,
1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted 1n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Spaeth,
Seibold
