Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
30th day of January , 19 78 . The following members were
present:

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 59
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 13
PROJECT NO. 607 BASS LAKE AREA
TIMBER CREEK ADDITION
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 13 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment
No. 13 in the amount of $51,721.26 to Nodland Associates, Inc. for Project No. 607
Bass Lake Area - Timber Creek Addition improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc' me ber Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following yo e n fayor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. U"th.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa%seFa—nd adopted,
