Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Specia meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M- nesota was held on th'e
30th day of January , 19 78 . The following members were

introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 78- 58
ACCEPTING PETITION
SCHMIDT LAKE WEST 2ND ADDITION (A-789)
WHEREAS, the developer of proposed Schmidt Lake West 2nd Addition (A-789) legally
described as Plat 43711- Parcel 4520, has submitted a petition for sanitary sewer,
watermain, street with curb and gutter, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the petition be referred to the City Engineer for consideration
upon final plat approval by the City Council for Schmidt Lake West 2nd Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. SpapthL
