Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was eld on t e
30th day of Januari 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor un ounce mem ers oyt— Seibold, Spaeth
The following members were absent: councilmember Neils
Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 55
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - 11TH AVENUE EAST OF T. H. 101
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of street lights
on 11th Avenue east of T. H. 101, filed with the Council on
January 30, 1978, is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration
is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed
advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve-
ment as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc' , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
