Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
30th day of January , 19 78 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-52
APPROVAL LAYOUT NO. 1
HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT 7648
CHANNELIZATION AND TRAFFIC SIGNALS
CSAH 6 AND 61
WHEREAS, Layout No. 1, Project No. 7648, showing the proposed improvement of
County State Aid Highway No. 6 and 61 within the limits of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota has been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said Layout No. 1 be in all things approved
and that Hennepin County is hereby authorized by the City to acquire all rights
of way, permits and/or easements required for said improvement in accordance with
said Layout No. 1.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n avor thereof'. Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paised and adopted,
