Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, esota was hela on t e

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-50
AGREEMENT GRANTING PERMISSION
STORM SEWER DRAINAGE SYSTEM
S00 LINE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has approved the final plat of Schmidt Lake Woods
Addition located in Section 11, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Miiinesota, and
WHEREAS, as part of this plat, certain storm sewers are required including an
outlet pipe with its outlet being in to the Soo Line Railroad Company's right-
of-way at Railroad Survey Station 567 + 70.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to sign the agreement between
the City and Soo Line Railroad for the installation of a storm sewer outlet on
the railroad right-of-way at Railroad Survey Station 567 + 70 for the Schmidt
Lake Woods Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
