RESOLUTION NO. 78- 47 B
AGREEMENT WITH METROPOLITAN ANIMAL PATROL SERVICES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the City enter into an agreement
with Metropolitan Animal Patrol Services, Inc. (MAPSI) for 1978; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the agreement provide that MAPSI will act to enforce City
ordinances as they relate to animal nuisances; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the agreement and rinds that the public
health, safety and welfare are enhanced by the execution of this agreement:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager be and the some are he efty
authorized to enter into an agreement with Metropolitan Animal Patrol SerVic@§.
Inc. (MAPSI) for animal patrol services for the calendar year 1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon. iw
