Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of January , 1978 . The following members were
of present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers oyt; Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-47A
RENEWAL OF OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses now in operation throughout
the City of Plymouth do hereby expire on January 31, 1978; and
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses
commencing February 1,1978, for a period of one year, were received from the
parties listed below,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses for a period
of one year, commencing February 1, 1978, are hereby approved for the following:
Bass Lake Bottle Shop
11540 County Road 10
Highway Liquor Store
3435 County Road 18
Party Mart, Inc.
4130 Hwy. 101
Plymouth Liquors
10730 Hwy. 55
Center Liquors
11331 Hwy. 55
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
