Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rreegullaar� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Min sneota was held on the
16th day of January , 1938_. The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 44
REQUESTING SPEED ZONE STUDIES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has certain local streets that should be studied
to determine the appropriate speed limit that should be posted on said streets,
and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation has the authority to set speed limits
in accordance with Section 169.14 Subdivision 5 of the State Statutes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Commissioner of Transportation is requested to speed zone
the following streets of the City of Plymouth to determine the legal posted
speed limit:
Vicksburg Lane between CSAH 6 and County Road 47
Dunkirk Lane between CSAH 6 and CSAH 24
Fernbrook Lane between CSAH 6 and T.H. 55
Medicine Lake Drive between CSAH 9 and County Road 47
Xenium Lane between CSAH 9 and CSAH 61
Zachary Lane between 36th Avenue and CSAH 10
Larch Lane between CSAH 9 and 49th Avenue
Pineview Lane between 49th Avenue and County Road 47
Niagara Lane between CSAH 6 and T.H. 55
Vicksburg Lane between CSAH 6 and CSAH 15
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council mber Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following Yo e n Tayor thereof. Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils.
