Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-42
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT
28TH AND WEST MEDICINE LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve West Medicine Lake Road to serve Tracts H 3 I
of R.L.S. 599 north of 28th Avenue by the construction of sanitary semer and all
appurtenances and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to
429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398, as amended).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYNDUTH,
MINNESOTA that the petition be referred to the City Engineer for study.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secofded by
Councilg4mbeg Neil , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
