'he following members were present: rnnnrilmemhpr The 0 owing members were sent: Nnnp •* *k* r CoupcilMmber Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #7840 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CHARLES CARLSON FOR OPERATION OF AMUSEMENT CENTER IN B-3 ZONING DISTRICT (A-508) WHEREAS, Charles Carlson has requested a conditional use permit to operate an amuse- ment center in a B-3 Zoning District, specifically at 3425 County Road 18 N.; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Charles Carlson for a conditional use permit to operate an amusement center in a B-3 Zoning District at 3425 County Road 18 N. subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with all applicable construction codes and ordinances Rn19Lr to opening for business. 2. Submission of a site plan to include paving of parking areas, setback landscaping and structure signage. Said plan to be submitted within 30 days of conditional use permit approval and executed within 210 days. 3. No smoking be allowed on the site. 4. Patrons must be 16 years of age or older unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. 5. Permit shall be for six months. 6. Operating hours of the amusement center shall be: Monday through Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday School Holidays ✓i Vacations 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 4:30 p.m. to 12:00 Midnight 12:00 Noon to 12:00 Midnight 12:00 Noon to 10:00 p.m. 12:00 Noon to 12:00 Midnight W W Resolution #78-40 Page 2 7. No more than 40 persons be allowed in the building at any one time. 8. Two adults shall be on duty at all times, one inside and one outside.
