Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION #78-39
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR JOHN PARSINEN (MENDOTA, INC.) (A-528)
WHEREAS, John Parsinen, on behalf of Mendota, Inc., has requested a lot division/
consolidation of unplatted property located in the southeast quadrant of I-494 and
County Road 10; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of John Parsinen
on behalf of Mendota, Inc. for lot division/consolidation of unplatted property
located in the southeast quadrant of 1-494 and County Road 10 and that the City
Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based
upon City policy when the division and consolidation are approved by Hennepin County:
Plat Parcel Description
43703 0510 The East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County.
43702 5800 That part of the West half of the Northwest
Quarter lying Northeasterly of Bass Lake Road and
that part of the West half of the Northwest
Quarter lying Southwesterly of Bass Lake Road and
Northwesterly of County Road 47, all in Section 2,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County.
To be divided and consolidated into the following two parcels:
Parcel A
That part of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies northerly of the center line of
County Road No. 10, except that part taken for Interstate Highway No. 494; AND that
part of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying Northeasterly of Bass Lake Road and that part of the
West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2 lying Southwesterly of Bass Lake
Road and Northwesterly of County Road 47, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

The East half of the Northeast Quarter, Section 3, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, except that portion lying northerly of the center line of County
Road No. 10.
Subject to Interstate Highway Number 494, County Road 10, County Road 47, Pineview
Lane and easements of record, if any.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
