HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-037•CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of January , 19_a. The following members were present: Mayor Ount. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78-37 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR RAMBO LOGAN ASSOCIATES AT EMPIRE LANE AND 31ST AVENUE NORTH (EXTENDED) (A-787) WHEREAS, Rambo Logan Associates has requested approval of a site plan for a professional office building to be located at the end of Empire Lane at approximately 31st Avenue North (extended) per plans dated December 27, 1977; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Rambo Logan Associates for site plan approval of a professional office building to be located at the end of Empire Lane at approximately 31st Avenue North (extended) per plans dated December 27, 1977 subject to the following conditions: Redesign to eliminate the parking setback variance on the northeast corner of the site. 2. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum on this project. 3. Payment of $570 Park Dedication fees -in -lieu. 4. Provision of site plan performance security per Zoning Ordinance requirements for a period of 18 months. 5. Completion of lot division actions to create this parcel. 6. Outside storage of garbage, waste and waste materials shall be prohibited. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmembe S aeth , and upo: vote being taken thereon. the following vote In ravor thereof". Mayor Hunt.
