Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moves its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-35 REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX FORFEIT PARCELS TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC USE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from the County of Hennepin a notice of land within its corporate limits which have become the property of the State of Minnesota for nonpayment of real estate taxes; and WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in such list has heretofore been classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as nonconservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by the Board of Hennepin County Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, that said classification by said Board of Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as nonconservation land be and the same is hereby approved. FURTHER, that certain parcels in said list be conveyed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282 for public use as hereinafter listed: Plat Parcel Dedicated for Public Use as Follows: 44060 6000 Park Use/Street Right -of -Way 44060 6200 Park Use/Street Right -of -Way 44560 2500 Holding Pond/Storm Drainage 44620 2050 Holding Pond/Storm Drainage The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember S aeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the o ow ng voted in favor thereof, Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt- Neils— The iolionwIling voted against orabstained; Nqne Whereupon sta.ned;Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
