Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was h6 -Td on the
9th day of January , 1978 . The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-34
DESIGNATION OF CITY HEALTH OFFICER
1978
WHEREAS, the Health Officer for the City of Plymouth for the year 1978 has to be
appointed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Dr. Floyd J. Swenson, 12300 Wayzata Boulevard, Minnetonka, be and
the same is hereby reappointed to act as Health Officer for the year 1978 for the
City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
��Cnb r Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
