Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a j!tial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesotas neld on the

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-33
SURETY AND BLANKET BONDS FOR CITY EMPLOYEES - 1978
WHEREAS, surety bonds for certain City employees and a general bond covering all
City employees are necessary to be taken out for 1978:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the surety bonds covering the integrity and honest performance of
duties by the following named employees in the amountsset forth are hereby radified
and confirmed for the year 1978:
City Manager
Finance Director
. Assessor
City Clerk
General Bond Covering
All City Employees

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
.following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt Neils..
