Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a SDeCiAl meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
9th day of January , 1978 . The following members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-30
ACTING MAYOR FOR 1978
WHEREAS, Chapter II, Section 2.02. of the City Code provides that the Council shall
choose an Acting Mayor from among the members of the Council at the first regular
meeting:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Councilmember Spaeth is hereby appointed to act as Acting Mayor
for the Plymouth City Council during the year 1978.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmembe Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
