Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
9th day of January , 1978 . The following members were
present, Mayor Hunt Coupcilmembers Hoyt. Neils- Seibold and Spapth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO,78-29
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR OF SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for 1978;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Sherman Goldberg is hereby appointed as Director the Suburban Rate
Authority and John Spaeth is hereby designated to serve as Alternate Director to
the Suburban Rate Authority for the 1978 and until successors are appointed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
un 'lm b , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof; Maw Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth
The following vote against orabstained,, one ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa%sed and adopted.
