Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was eeld on the
9th day of January 1977 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt_ Cnuncilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Nnna
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-21
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 605 STANDPIPE WATER TANK NO. 4
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik ar.J Associates, Inc. covering the deletion of seeding of disturbed areas
around Standpipe Water Tank No. 4, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends approval of Change Order No. 2,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $850.00 to be deleted from the
contract amount to Brown Minneapolis Tank Company for seeding is hereby approved
and that the revised contract amount is $199,448.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
