Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 9th day of
January , 19 77. The following members were present:

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 78-20
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
FERNDALE NORTH FIRST ADDITION (A-615)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated April 19, 1976,
Lundgren Brothers Construction, Inc., developer of Ferndale North First Addition
(A-615), have agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

AND, FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer
are accepted, as of January 9, 1978, by the City for continual maintenance
subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer.

The motion for the motion of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Seibold , and upon vete being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo : Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils,
