Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Mild on the day of
January 1978 . The following members were present:

Coupcilme er Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-19
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MISSION HILLS PARK 2ND ADDITION (A-338)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated August 23, 1976,
Mission West Development Corporation, developer of Mission Hills Park 2nd
Addition (A-338), have agreed to install certain improvements for said development,
and
WHEREAS, the Developer has :ompleted a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

AND, FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer
are accepted, as of January 9, 1978, for continual maintenance by the City
subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sei5old , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following Voted in avorthereof: Mayor Hunt_ Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils.
