Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on t� day of
January , 19 78 . The following members were present:

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-18
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MISSION HILLS PARK ADDITION (A-338)
RRR
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 28, 1976, Mission
West Development Corporation, developer of Mission Hills Park Addition (A-338),
have agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect
the completed work,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirement be reduced as follows:

Sanitary Sewer
Watermain
Storm Sewer
Boulevard Sod
Ponds
Street Signs
Street Sweeping

AND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer
are accepte , as of January 9, 1978, for continual maintenance by the City
subject to she one year guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CouncilmembeE Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, th!
following votedin favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paslsle2cftid adopted.
