Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Mld on the 9th day of

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-16
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
MISSION RIDGE 2ND ADDITION (A-338)
RRR
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 8, 1976, Lundgren
Brothers Construction Company, developer of Mission Ridge 2nd Addition (A-338),
have agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer
construction be accepted, as of January 9, 1978, for continual maintenance
by the City subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
