HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-014MW CITY OF PLYMOUTH 1W Pursuant to dun call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of JanuaU , 1977 • The following members were present: —'Flag or—mount, council—members Hoyt, Neilsy Seibold and Spaeth owing members were sent: None kkk RRR Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-14 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND SCHMIDT LAKE WOODS ADDITION (A-681) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated June 6, 1977, Enterprise Properties, developer of Schmidt Lake Woods Addition (A-681), have agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the improvements as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $77,404.00 $52,404.00 Sanitary Sewer 66,568.00 0.00 Watermain 49,255.00 0.00 Storm Sewer 18,450.00 0.00 Boulevard Sod 15,000.00 15,000.00 ' Ponds or Ditch Construction 3,500.00 3,500.00 Street Signs 500.00 500.00 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000.00 2,000.00 Erosion Control 3,000.00 3,000.00 Site Grading 29,500.00 0.00 TOTALS: $265,177.00 $76,404.00 kRR Mr Resolution 0 78- 14 Page 2 That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $76,404.00 to reflect the completed work. AND, FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are hereby accepted, as of January 9, 1978, for continual maintenance subject to the one year maintenance quarantee by the Developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by WuncilMmber Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing voted in favor thereoFT Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Saaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass pt .
