OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
January 9, 1978
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth was held
on January 9, 1978 at the Council Chambers, 14900 C 23rd Avenue
North, Minneapolis, Minnesota, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Howard L. Hunt,
Councilmen, Spaeth, Hoyt, Neils and Seibold. The following
members were abient: None.
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 78-13
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION
OF A REASSESSMENT ROLL
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 77-39, the City Council
did on January 17, 1977 approve a lot division of unplatted
property for Dennis Weestrand, and
WHEREAS, p rsuant to Resolution No. 77-40 adopted
January 17, 1977, the Council did direct the City Manager to
correct the assessment rolls to reflect 100% of the outstanding
balance to be placed on Plat 43736, Parcel 7810, and
WHEREAS, said correction to the assessment roll was made
but no notice or opportunity for hearing was afforded to the
property owners affected thereby, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has advised the Council that
in his opinion such action was erroneous,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Manager and City Engineer
be directed to prepare,a reassessment roll with
respect to Plat 43736, Parcel 7810 and 7820 showing
the division and apportionment of the assessments

2. That an assessment hearing be held on said
reassessment roll on the 27th day of February ,
1978 pursuant to notice of such hearing as provided
in Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes."
The abovemotion was seconded by Councilmember Seibold
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Spaeth, Hoyt, Neils and Seibold.
The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
City Clerk of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held January 9, 1978 with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to a resolution directing
the preparation of a reassessment roll.
