Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on t e
9th day of January , 19 78. The following members were
present:

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-11
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
AGENCY AGREEMENT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that pursuant to Section 161.36, Subdivision 1 through 6, Minnesota Statutes,
the Commissioner of Transportation be appointed as agent of the City of Plymouth
to let as its agent, contracts for the construction of portions of Municipal
Streets, for the year 1978, and the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed for and on behalf of the City Council to execute and enter into a
contract with the Commissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and
conditions of such contracts in the form as set forth an:i contained in "Minnesota
Department of Transportation Agency Contract Form No. 30774" a copy of which said
form was before the Council, assuming on behalf of the City all of the contractual
obligations therein contained.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho%t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote to favor thereof; Mavor Hunt. Councilmgmbe a Hoyt. Rei s.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
