Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,M n� nesota was held on the
9th day of January , 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-10
ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT NO. ETA 2055 - CITY OF PLYMOUTH
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that pursuant to statutory authority, the City Engineer for an on behalf of
the City of Plymouth is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the
Minnesota Department of Transportion, needed engineering and technical services
during the year of 1978, for which payment will be made by the City upon receipt
of verified claims from the Commissioner of Transportation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
