Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota waseic o -n tFie

The following members were absent: None
Counci•lmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-6
GRANTING VARIANCES FOR LOTS AS PETITIONED BY GERALD FRASER
WHEREAS, by Order of the District Court, Fourth Judicial District, dated December 22,
1977 in the matte" of Gerald Fraser vs. City of Plymouth, the City of Plymouth has
been directed to grant variances to allow Gerald Fraser to build houses on Lot 16,
Block 3, Parkers Lakeside 2nd Addition, Lot 16, Block 4, Parkers Lakeside 2nd Addition
and Lot 24, Block 3 Parkers Lakeside Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the following variances be granted:
1. Lot 16, Block 3, Parkers Lakeside 2nd Addition front yard setback on 3rd
Avenue North from 50 ft. to 12 ft. for a structure with a north -south dimension
of 24 ft.
2. Lot 16, Block 4, Parkers Lakeside 2nd Addition front yard setback on 3rd Avenue
North from 50 ft. to 12 ft. for a structure with a north -south dimension
of 24 ft.
3. Lot 24, Block 3, Parkers Lakeside Addition, front yard setback on 3rd Avenue
North from 50 ft. to 12 ft. for a structure with a north -south dimension of
24 ft.
4. The garage of Lot 24, Block 3, have its entrance from the west side of the lot
and that its driveway access be from 3rd Avenue; that Lot 16, Block 4, have its
garage entrance on the east side of the lot and its driveway access on the
easterly portion of the lot from 3rd Avenue; and that Lot 16, Block 3, have its
garage entrance from the west side of the lot and its driveway access from 3rd
Avenue from the westerly boundary of the lot,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
