Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was ie on t e
9th day of January , 19 7A. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Council members Hoyt.
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N78-3
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SUBDIVISION UNIT PROJECT FOR
RIDGECREST ADDITION FOR NICK LOSCHEIDER AND ALAN STENSRUD (A-774)
WHEREAS, Nick Loscheider and Alan Stensrud have requested preliminary plat and conditional
use permit approval for the "Ridgecrest Addition," a plat proposed for single family
residential development located in the northeast quadrant of Quaker Lane and 29th
Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Nick Loscheider and
Alan Stensrud for preliminary plat and conditional use permit approval of the "Ridgecreat
Addition," a plat proposed for single family residential development located in the
northeast quadrant of Quaker Lane and 29th Avenue North subject to the following condi-
tions:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum.
2. Compliance with DNR/Corps of Engineers wetlands definitions and any resulting
permit process.
3. Public Open Space requirements shall be satisfied by fees -in -lieu equal to the
value of 2.51 acres, not to exceed $150 per lot less credit for storm water drainage
as applicable.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember ei , and upon vote being taken thereon. the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
